Lauren Peterson and Nate Winegardner Present at Southern Oregon OAEYC Winter Conference

On February 25, 2017, Lauren Peterson and Nate Winegardner from the Center on Early Learning presented at the Southern Oregon Chapter of the Oregon Association for the Education of Young Children (SOC-OAEYC)'s Winter Conference, "Together for Children."

The Winter Conference is an exciting annual event which provides a training opportunities for early childhood professionals in both English and Spanish as well as a full-day track for parents.

Lauren and Nate agreed to share a little about their experiences.

WOU Giving Day

March 7, 2017, marked WOU's annual Giving Day, an online fundraising effort on behalf of Western Oregon University and its programs.

Though WOU Giving Day has ended, to great success, we at The Research Institute are continuing to fundraise on behalf of our Child Development Center.

The CDC provides high-quality education and care to the children of WOU students and faculty, as well as community members, and we welcome your support!

If you'd like to donate to the Child Development Center, visit the link below, label your gift designation as "Other," and then enter "The Research Institute Child Development Center" in the box that appears.

Your donation will help the CDC buy items, such as books, toys, and furniture, for the children. We appreciate contributions of any size!
